Physical (Social) Distancing
While it requires some sacrifice from everyone, we can keep our communities safe by simply keeping a physical distance between each other, an action that has proven to be one of the most effective ways to reduce the spread of illness.
Physical distancing requires us to keep a distance of at least 6 feet between each other, avoid crowded places and non-essential gatherings, avoid greetings like handshakes, and avoiding contact with those of higher risk. Other ways you can physically distance yourself is by working from home and having virtual hangouts with your friends. By keeping our distance, we can slow the spread of COVID-19 together.
